Before the 12 Weeks: One hour 1:1 session with me so I can learn about you, understand your needs, and hear exactly what you’re experiencing.
During the 12 Weeks: Weekly group coaching calls of approximately one hour. Plan for a few hours per week to spend time on your assignments —the work compounds the more you put into it.
After the 12 Weeks: Another 1:1 session with me for integration.
