My Approach

Every service I provide is rooted in the Handel Method, a proven methodology created by my personal coach and mentor, Lauren Zander Handel. She’s the coach behind some of the most influential leaders in the world, and her proprietary method is taught at institutions like MIT, Stanford Graduate School of Business, NYU, and Columbia University.

After working with me, you’ll experience a meaningful shift in your inner world, one that naturally begins to show up in your relationships, your work, and how you feel day to day. You’ll move through life with more clarity, confidence, and alignment. You’ll trust your decisions, feel grounded in your integrity, and actually believe in the dreams you’re chasing, and your ability to make them real.

But let’s be honest, change like that isn’t easy. It takes courage to look at what’s not working, and even more courage to do something about it. My job is to help you see what you haven’t been willing or able to see, and walk beside you as you rebuild with intention.

This isn’t surface-level coaching. This is identity-level transformation.

FAQ

Who is coaching for?
Coaching is for the person who knows they’re capable of more—but can’t seem to access it on their own. It is for anyone who wants to make real progress in their life, relationships, or career, but feels stuck, unclear, or overwhelmed. It’s for people navigating career transitions, leadership roles, burnout, or personal growth they can’t get to on their own. It’s for those who want real accountability, honest feedback, and clear strategy to move forward.

Coaching isn’t about fixing you; it’s about helping you access the version of yourself that’s been buried under coping, performing, or just getting by.

Isn’t coaching just vague advice or motivational speeches?
Some people fear that coaching will be filled with generic, motivational pep talks. In reality, a good executive life coach provides tailored strategies, actionable steps, and direct feedback. It's not about just feeling good, but making meaningful change.

Coaching feels like a luxury I can’t justify.
If you’re measuring the value of coaching by instant results or superficial fixes, it won’t make sense. That’s not what this is. Although, you will feel a shift within a one or two sessions.

This is about deep, sustainable transformation. The kind that rewires your brain on how you lead, decide, show up, and build—at work and at home. It’s not a splurge. It’s an inflection point.

Coaching is just for underperformers or people with problems.
Many believe that coaching is only for those who are struggling or stuck. In reality, executive life coaching is about optimization and growth. It’s for those who want to break through limits, reach new levels of success, and enhance their leadership.

Coaches don’t truly understand my world or challenges.
The right coach doesn’t need to be in your industry or have exactly lived in your shoes. They need to understand how humans operate under pressure, how patterns form, how resistance works, and how to unlock performance that’s been throttled by invisible beliefs.

That’s what this is. Insight from someone who has tested and implemented theories and mythologies into her own life, and has been trained to spot what you can’t see and challenge what you’ve outgrown.

I dont want therapy, I just want to move forward.
Good! Executive coaching is different—it’s focused on performance, growth, and achieving specific goals. It’s about moving forward, not staying stuck in past problems. This is goal-oriented, present-focused work designed to move you forward with clarity and intention.

If therapy helps you heal, coaching helps you build.

What if I don’t see results right away?
Transformation doesn’t happen in a flash. It happens in tiny shifts in awareness, behavior, and belief that compound into lasting change. You’ll think differently. Decide differently. Speak up when you used to hold back. Choose from power, not pressure. That’s when you know it’s working.
